Order cancellation terms

ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Confirmation, modification, and cancellation of accommodation, catering, seminar, sauna, and sports facilities as well as training camp packages must be made in writing via email.

The client has the right to reduce or cancel accommodation, seminar, sauna, and sports facility bookings, and training camp packages as follows:

  • At least 70 days before the start of the order – up to 100% of the total order amount

  • 56 days before the start of the order – up to 60% of the total order amount

  • 42 days before the start of the order – up to 40% of the total order amount

  • 28 days before the start of the order – up to 20% of the total order amount

  • 14 days before the start of the order – up to 5% of the total order amount

  • 7 days before the start of the order – 0% of the total order amount

The client has the right to reduce or cancel catering orders (excluding training camp packages) as follows:

  • At least 7 days before catering – up to 100% of the total catering order amount

  • At least 3 days before catering – 0% of the total catering order amount

If these deadlines are exceeded, SA Tehvandi Sports Centre reserves the right to charge for the full order.
