{"id":209,"date":"2025-08-18T03:15:19","date_gmt":"2025-08-18T03:15:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.avar.ee\/?post_type=meist&#038;p=209"},"modified":"2025-09-18T23:35:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T23:35:07","slug":"order-cancellation-terms","status":"publish","type":"meist","link":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.ee\/en\/about-us\/order-cancellation-terms\/","title":{"rendered":"Order cancellation terms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confirmation, modification, and cancellation of accommodation, catering, seminar, sauna, and sports facilities as well as training camp packages must be made in writing via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client has the right to reduce or cancel accommodation, seminar, sauna, and sports facility bookings, and training camp packages as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least\u00a0<strong>70 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the start of the order \u2013\u00a0<strong>up to 100%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total order amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>56 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the start of the order \u2013\u00a0<strong>up to 60%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total order amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>42 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the start of the order \u2013\u00a0<strong>up to 40%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total order amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>28 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the start of the order \u2013\u00a0<strong>up to 20%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total order amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the start of the order \u2013\u00a0<strong>up to 5%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total order amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the start of the order \u2013\u00a0<strong>0%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total order amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The client has the right to reduce or cancel&nbsp;<strong>catering orders<\/strong>&nbsp;(excluding training camp packages) as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least\u00a0<strong>7 days<\/strong>\u00a0before catering \u2013\u00a0<strong>up to 100%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total catering order amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least\u00a0<strong>3 days<\/strong>\u00a0before catering \u2013\u00a0<strong>0%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total catering order amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If these deadlines are exceeded, SA Tehvandi Sports Centre reserves the right to charge for the full order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please send cancellation emails to the following addresses:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For cancellation of\u00a0<strong>Tehvandi Sports Centre<\/strong>\u00a0services:\u00a0<strong><a>administraator@tehvandi.ee<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For cancellation of\u00a0<strong>K\u00e4\u00e4riku Sports Centre<\/strong>\u00a0services:\u00a0<strong><a>kaariku@tehvandi.ee<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For cancellation of\u00a0<strong>Tartu County Recreational Sports Centre<\/strong>\u00a0services:\u00a0<strong><a>tartumaa@tehvandi.ee<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-209","meist","type-meist","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/meist\/209","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/meist"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/meist"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/meist\/209\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":361,"href":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/meist\/209\/revisions\/361"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/tehvandisa.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=209"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
