TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHANGING AND CANCELLING SERVICE ORDERS
Orders for accommodation, catering, seminar, sauna and sports facility services, as well as camp packages, must be confirmed, changed and cancelled in writing by e-mail.
The Customer has the right to reduce or cancel orders for accommodation, seminar, sauna and sports facility services, as well as camp packages, as follows:
· at least 60 days before the start of the order – up to 100% of the total value of the order;
· 30 days before the start of the order – up to 50% of the total value of the order;
· 14 days before the start of the order – 10% of the total value of the order;
· 7 days before the start of the order – 0% of the total value of the order.
The Customer has the right to reduce or cancel catering orders as follows:
· at least 7 days before the catering service – up to 100% of the total value of the catering order;
· at least 3 days before the catering service – 0% of the total value of the catering order.
If the Customer breaches the cancellation terms of the booking (including cancelling the booking in full or in part after the cancellation deadline has passed, or failing to use the booked service), the Service Provider has the right to charge a contractual penalty.
The amount of the contractual penalty is calculated on the basis of the total value stated in the booking confirmation, in accordance with the rates set out in these cancellation terms.
The contractual penalty is not a payment for a service, but a penalty payable for a breach of the contractual terms, and VAT is not added to it.
